Digital Workfile: By storing every aspect of your appraisal - notes, sketches, supporting documentation and calculations - along with the appraisal, we are able to retrieve that report at any time within the five years and recall what that report was about. And this data is not stored in boxes stacked 5 deep in some rented warehouse. Instead, it is stored securely on searchable media, such as electronic Vault, and is accessed only by our professional staff.
